Our Company: was Primarily established as a civil engineering firm in 1993 in Lixouri, Kefalonia.
In 2010 as our company grew, DPS Constuctions & Design was founded under the distinctive title "D. Pariotis - P. Sfaelos H.C.". Our company has always handled real estate locally and internationally, but in recent years our real estate division has expanded internationally.
What We Do: Real estate, land acquisition, due diligence, legal assistance, building plans, 3D computerised design simulations, building licenses & permits, land & building surveys, construction, structural & Interior renovations, historic restoration projects, interior design, landscaping, the list is extensive.

I Studied at the Poly-technical University of Patras and graduated in 1993 with a Degree in Civil Engineering. I chose my dissertation in the 'techno-economical analysis of soil-based drainage'. In 1993 I received by diploma to practice Civil Engineering and enjoy utilising MATLAB (scientific design & analysis matrix) and transforming conceptual design using 3-D CAD software. I am passionate about Geo-technical & Geo-environmental analysis and ensuring the growth of commerce in Kefalonia.

In 2002 I graduated from the University of Sheffield with a BEng (Hons) in Civil Engineering. By 2003 I had gained a Masters in Civil Engineering (M.Sc) at the University of Brighton. In total I spent 5 years living in the UK. In 2007 I received my diploma to practice Civil Engineering in Greece. I am deeply passionate about both structural, interior design & specialise in land and property surveying.

I am qualified and experienced Interior Designer working on an great array of projects. From small residential units with limited funds available to opulent hotels on a grander scale. I work with customers to create interiors that are individualistic and reflect their personality, being both aesthetic & practical in design. I believe in working very closely with our customers to create a living environment which offer luxury irrespective of budget.

With the experience of visiting Kefalonia for 25 years and after living and working throughout Kefalonia; I am even more passionate about managing international real estate for DPS Kefalonia Homes & (DPS Constructions & Design). I renovated one of my first properties when I was 20 whilst studying Pharmacology at university. Since then renovation, real estate, property and interior design have been my passion. DPS Kefalonia Homes design, construction and real estate agency focuses on excellent customer service for all our international customers to the highest standard. I am excited to be part of the team, in this fast expanding branch of the company.
